District Meeting

District 70 normally meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM at the Knox Presbyterian Church, 3701 - 32nd Ave, Vernon, BC


PI/CPC (Public Information and Co-operation with the Professional Community) normally meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM at the Vernon Treatment Centre (upstairs) 2810 - 48 Ave, Vernon

Roundup normally meets on the first Monday of the month at 6:15 PM at the Alano Club, 3204 Alexis Park Drive.

Treatment and Accessibilities

Treatment and Accessabilities has a 2-part Service Objective.

1. The purpose of the treatment Committee is to assist members in carrying the message of Alcoholics Anonymous into Treatment Facilities and outpatient settings.

2. The members of the Accessibilities Committee. Explore, develop and offer resources to make the Alcoholics Anonymous Message, and in participation in our program, available to everyone who reaches out for it, including shut-ins.

All Other Committees

There's 7 service committees in total. All other committees currently do not have regularly scheduled meetings at this time. Such as Hospitals and Institutions, literature, Archives, Website.

**** Please Note ****

Attendance at Committee Meetings is normally restricted to AA members. Usually, only elected group representatives (or their alternates) may vote. Some committees will allow other AA members to attend as observers and possibly even have a voice.
