District 70 normally meets on the first Wednesday of each month 6:30 PM at
the Schubert Centre, 3505 30th Ave., Vernon, BC
PI/CPC (Public Information and Co-operation with the Professional Community) meets on the second Thursday of the month, 6:00 PM at the Vernon Treatment Centre, 2810 48th Ave.
The Carry the Message Committee meets on the last Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM at the Vernon Treatment Centre, 2810 48th Ave
The committee normally meets on the first Monday of each month, 6:30 PM at the Schubert Centre, 3505 30th Ave.
The Social Committee meets on the third Thursday of each month 6:30 PM at the Vernon Treatment Centre, 2810 48th Ave
The Hosting Committee normally meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:00 PM at the Schubert Centre, 3505 30th Ave
This committee is currently preparing to host the Area 79 Pre-Conference Assembly Apr. 11-13, 2025.
In District 70, the Answering Service, Archives, Hospitals and Institutions, Literature and Website functions are currently handled by 1 member per committee. These committee chairs report to District at the District Meeting.
Attendance at Committee Meetings is restricted to AA members. Only elected group representatives (or their alternates) may vote. All AA members are welcome to attend.
